About the Role
As a Lecturer in Arts & Design, you will deliver high-quality teaching, learning and assessment that enables learners to achieve outstanding outcomes and progress towards their chosen career pathways. Working within our Health, Creative Industries & Protective Services provision, you will teach across a range of Arts & Design programmes, creating engaging learning experiences that motivate, challenge and inspire students.
A key aspect of this role is the ability and experience of delivering Arts & Design qualifications across Levels 1, 2 and 3, ensuring learners develop the creative, technical and professional skills required to progress into higher education, apprenticeships or employment. You will play a key role in curriculum development, learner progress, pastoral support and the continuous improvement of our provision.
This role is ideal for an experienced practitioner or teacher who is passionate about creative education, committed to learner success and eager to contribute to an ambitious and forward-thinking college.
