Background Our team of expert military solicitors ensure service personnel, and their families have access to the specialist legal advice they need.

This role will focus on injury claims where service personnel have not been adequately protected from illness or injury.

The role We are currently looking for a Paralegal to join the military department.

Duties Will Include

  • attending legal clinics in various locations
  • sign posting clients to relevant legal services
  • assisting in the inspection of disclosure documents
  • dealing with CFAs and funding
  • dealing with telephone enquiries from clients
  • reviewing medical records
  • preparing of witness statements
  • preparing instructions to experts

This role will ideally suit an individual with a law degree or similar academic achievement.

The ideal candidate will be IT literate with good interpersonal skills as the role will involve a lot of client contact, in person and over the telephone. The ability to work well in a team and excellent organizational skills are needed to be successful in this role.
