About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised individual to join us as a Student Recruitment Officer to help inspire future learners and guide them on their journey from first enquiry to enrolment. Your work will blend communication, problem-solving, planning, admin, and relationship-building. It’s a role for someone who enjoys variety, thrives on people interaction, and can balance multiple priorities while keeping service quality high. Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver clear, high-quality information, advice and guidance
  • Respond to enquiries from students, parents and schools
  • Represent the College at open events, taster days and careers fairs
  • Visit schools and colleges to deliver presentations and workshops
  • Support major recruitment events across all sites
  • Work closely with the Education Liaison and Brand Marketing teams
  • Maintain enquiry data and support analysis of trends
  • Liaise with curriculum teams to ensure course info is up to date
  • Manage version control of marketing and admissions materials
  • Support with social media enquiry handling and content ideas
