As Head of Faculty, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across a facility creating a culture where high expectations, innovation and collaboration thrive. You will:
- Lead and inspire curriculum teams to deliver outstanding teaching, learning and assessment.
- Drive student achievement, progress, attendance and high-grade performance across the faculty.
- Use performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective strategies for success.
- Champion quality assurance and continuous improvement activities.
- Develop and support staff, creating an environment where colleagues feel valued, challenged and empowered to excel.
- Build strong partnerships that enhance the student experience and enrich learning opportunities.
