Sefton Sixth Form College is seeking a Head of Faculty: Mathematics, Sciences & Health to lead a diverse and high-profile curriculum area, driving excellence in teaching, learning and student achievement. About the Role

As Head of Faculty, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across Mathematics, Sciences and Health, creating a culture where high expectations, innovation and collaboration thrive. You will:

  • Lead and inspire curriculum teams to deliver outstanding teaching, learning and assessment.
  • Drive student achievement, progress, attendance and high-grade performance across the faculty.
