As Head of Faculty, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across Mathematics, Sciences and Health, creating a culture where high expectations, innovation and collaboration thrive. You will lead and inspire curriculum teams to deliver outstanding teaching, learning and assessment, driving student achievement, progress, attendance and high-grade performance across the faculty.

About You:

  • A degree and recognised teaching qualification.
  • Proven experience of leading curriculum quality improvement.
  • A track record of raising standards and improving performance.
  • Strong understanding of achievement, progress measures and value-added performance.
  • Experience of managing and developing staff to achieve ambitious goals.
  • Excellent communication, coaching and leadership skills.
  • A passion for student success and an unwavering commitment to educational excellence.
