UK HUG is partnering with a high-growth AI infrastructure startup entering a major commercial scale phase. They’re building foundational technology powering real-world, production-grade AI deployments, and they’re now hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to drive expansion across the UK and wider European market. This is a high-impact commercial role focused on landing and expanding enterprise customers.

Responsibilities
- Drive new enterprise business opportunities end-to-end, from prospecting and discovery through deal design, negotiation, and close
- Own and execute a strategic territory and account plan across the UK / Europe
- Prospect into enterprise organisations to build long-term pipeline
- Lead discovery, evaluations, and solution-led sales conversations
- Sell complex AI / infrastructure technology into production environments
- Develop trusted relationships with technical and executive stakeholders
- Build and maintain a strong, qualified pipeline with accurate forecasting
- Partner closely with Sales Engineering, Product, and Customer Success
- Contribute to early GTM learnings, messaging, and sales playbooks
- Support expansion and growth within existing enterprise accounts
Requirements
- We’re looking for commercially strong, technically credible sellers who combine structure, curiosity, and a genuine enterprise mindset.
- 5+ years of experience in Account Executive / Enterprise Sales roles
- Proven track record of closing new enterprise business
- Experience selling SaaS, cloud, AI, data, devtools, or infrastructure products
- Experience closing deals in the £100K+ ACV range
- Ability to engage technical buyers (engineering, ML, infra, data teams)
- Comfortable running long, consultative enterprise sales cycles
- Strong discovery, negotiation, and closing skills
- Experience building pipeline through outbound activity
- Thrives in fast-moving startup or scale-up environments
- Highly self-directed with strong ownership mentality
- UK-based with ability to travel as required
Compensation
- Highly competitive base + uncapped commission
- Realistic OTE: £180K – £260K
