The role:
2025 has been another exciting year for Huel. We wrapped up our ninth year hitting ÂŁ214m in sales and sold 500m meals, marking two significant milestones. Now in our tenth year, weâve expanded our retail offerings with more Black Edition Ready to Drink, Huel Lite Ready to Drink, new Daily A-Z Vitamin drinks, and Complete Nutrition bars. But weâre not stopping there - thereâs plenty more innovative, retailâready products in the pipeline for FY26 and beyond. With huge growth potential still ahead, our ambition is to scale our UK retail business to over ÂŁ200m RSV in the coming years.
To help accelerate this growth weâre looking for a new Senior National Account Manager - Grocery to join the team in June 2026. Hereâs a glimpse of what youâll be involved in:
- Manage our existing Grocery customers. Youâll build strong, strategic relationships that help drive rapid growth for Huel and for the category.
- Identify and win new revenue opportunities and gain listings for our NPD. Opening up new category relationships and nurturing the relationship ongoing.
- Full P&L responsibility - youâll be expected to deliver and surpass our budgeted financial and distribution targets.
- Track Huelâs performance within the context of the category, youâll be expected to understand the key drivers of performance and to be able to succinctly share the insights internally and with the customers.
- Analyse data to help build your sales presentations and to identify the opportunities.
- Accurately forecast so we can remain in stock and so we can plan effectively.
- You will spot and seek out opportunities to drive Huel with our retailers.
What weâre looking for in you:
This role will best suit someone who is passionate about Huel and super excited about the prospect of driving growth over the coming few years. Itâs crucial that you have experience managing grocery accounts (for example, Tesco, Sainsburyâs, Asda or Morrisons), as this will be a core part of the role. Youâll need:
- +5 years of experience working on Grocery customers and demonstrating success.
- Commercially astute - you need to have a thorough understanding of the P&L and be confident with numbers.
- A strong negotiator who is comfortable under pressure and can remain calm in difficult situations.
- Ideally, have experience successfully selling in new products or launching into new categories.
- Able to analyse category data to identify opportunities and create selling stories alongside the category manager to show customer and market performance.
