Hey! We’re Huel, and we’re pleased to meet you. At Huel, we’re all about pushing boundaries and that includes how we plan and manage our supply chain. Our culture thrives on high performance, and we’re looking for smart, driven individuals who love solving problems with data and want to make a measurable impact. If you’re someone with a sharp analytical mind and a hunger to apply it in a fast-paced environment, keep reading, this could be the perfect role for you.

Our Production Planning Team is critical to ensuring customers receive the Huel they love, on time, every time. As a Product Supply Planner, you’ll blend analytical thinking with strong operational judgement to shape the customer experience through smart, effective supply planning. You’ll own end-to-end availability across Ecom, Retail, and Amazon for a defined portfolio of products manufactured through our external (Co-man) network. The role is strategically focused on translating demand into executable supply plans and influencing delivery through close partnership with manufacturing teams. It is not a shop-floor scheduling or line-planning role, and instead centres on balancing availability, wastage risk, and supporting Huel’s rapid growth across D2C and retail.

Here’s a snapshot of what life looks like as our new Product Supply Planner:

  • Deliver on Our Customer Promise of Never Out of Stock: Through best-in-class supply planning, you’ll balance product availability and wastage risk by maintaining optimal finished goods stock coverage across your product categories, supporting our rapid growth across D2C and retail channels.
  • Own Product Availability, End to End: You’ll be accountable for ensuring your categories are available to customers at all times, managing forward supply plans across our Co-man network and proactively identifying risks and constraints before they impact availability.
  • Translate Plans into Execution: Build and leverage strong, collaborative relationships with external manufacturing partners and third parties to ensure agreed supply plans are clearly understood, feasible, and executed. You’ll work closely with key account managers and planning contacts, remaining accountable for plan delivery through influence and alignment rather than detailed production scheduling.
  • Problem-Solving & Risk Management: Identify and resolve root causes of supply or availability risks across planning, execution, and logistics. No two days are the same at Huel, and we need planners who can think commercially and act decisively.
  • Operate Comfortably in a Fast-Changing Environment: Huel is a high-growth business, and priorities can shift quickly. You’ll need to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously while keeping availability front and centre.
  • Data-Driven Planning & Reporting: Produce clear, accurate reporting on product availability, forward stock cover, and key supply risks, with robust checks to minimise surprises.
  • Continuous Improvement & Cost Awareness: Identify opportunities to improve supply performance, reduce waste, unlock capacity, and drive cost efficiencies through better planning and execution - without direct ownership of factory operations.

This role will best suit someone with around 1-3 years of experience in Supply Chain, specifically having experience with forecasting and planning. We’re after someone who blends technical capability with a proactive mindset, someone who sees supply chain planning as both a science and an opportunity to innovate. Here’s what we think you’ll bring:

  • We’re especially keen to hear from candidates with STEM backgrounds (e.g. Maths, Engineering, Physics), or anyone with strong analytical and data-driven experience in supply chain, operations, or planning roles.
  • Confidence working with data, comfortable in Excel or Google Sheets, and ideally familiar with data tools or supply chain systems.
  • A strong analytical approach to problem-solving, able to identify patterns, forecast needs, and make recommendations based on numbers.
  • Extreme attention to detail. You care about accuracy, whether it’s stock levels, lead times, or wastage forecasts.
  • With a collaborative working style, you’ll interact with teams across Huel, so communication and teamwork are key.
  • Adaptability and drive, you’re energised by fast-paced environments and love taking ownership of your work.

At Huel, we believe big things happen when smart people are empowered to think differently. We’re scaling fast, so you’ll get the chance to work on high-impact projects from day one. You’ll join a team that values initiative, innovation, and continuous improvement, where your ideas can shape how we grow. Here’s what you can expect working for us:

  • Hybrid working - We spend Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays in the office together. The remaining two days have the option to be worked from home.
  • 30 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
  • Free Huel to keep you going.
  • 2 weeks a year to work remotely from anywhere: One week in the Summer and one week at Christmas.
  • Dog friendly.
  • Paid Volunteering Days.
  • Free on-site gym with free classes, and we will give you your own nutrition plan.
  • Free on-site wellness area offering infrared saunas and an ice bath.
  • Free 1-on-1 therapy provided by Self-Space.
  • Private Medical and Health insurance for you and your loved ones, including free life insurance covering up to 4x your salary.
  • Electric Car Scheme with onsite charging.
  • Cycle to Work Scheme.
  • Enhanced Family Leave.
  • Workplace Nursery Scheme.
  • Paid Employee Referral Scheme.
