The role involves end‑to‑end ownership of product supply across a defined and growing portfolio of categories within our external manufacturing (Coman) network. This role is suited to someone comfortable setting direction, driving outcomes, and managing external partners with a high degree of autonomy.

Key responsibilities:

  • Deliver on Our Customer Promise of ‘Never Out of Stock’: Balance product availability and wastage risk by maintaining optimal stock levels, supporting our rocket ship growth across D2C and retail channels.
  • Supply Planning & Execution: Develop robust supply plans that translate demand into executable volumes across the Coman network, ensuring plans are clearly communicated, understood, and delivered through effective execution.
  • External Manufacturing & Relationship Management: Build, manage, and leverage strong senior relationships with external manufacturing partners and third parties.
  • NPD & Capability Expansion: Lead the supply planning setup for new product categories, capabilities, and manufacturing partners.
  • Risk Management & Problem Solving: Proactively identify supply risks, constraints, and dependencies across planning and execution.

What we’re looking for in you:

  • Experience & Capability: Significant experience in product supply or supply chain planning within FMCG, ideally involving outsourced or external manufacturing.
  • Self‑Sufficiency & Ownership: Highly autonomous, able to set direction and deliver outcomes without close supervision.
  • External Relationship Leadership: Proven ability to build and manage effective relationships with third‑party manufacturers and partners.
  • Communication & Stakeholder Management: Confident engaging with senior internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analytical & Commercial Mindset: Strong numerical and analytical capability, with advanced spreadsheet skills.
