The role
At Huel, we’re on a mission to deliver a seamless, best-in-class online experience for our global community of Hueligans. As we continue to grow, our website plays a critical role in how customers discover, engage with, and shop our products. We’re looking for a Digital Merchandising Executive to join our Digital team and help bring our website to life. You’ll play a key role in supporting content updates, merchandising, and product launches, ensuring everything is accurate, on-brand, and delivered at pace. Key responsibilities
- Support Trading & Market Leads: Assist in the delivery of initiatives raised by the Trading team, collaborating closely with market leads to ensure that product and content updates are effectively implemented across websites in all markets.
- Product Launches & Content Delivery: Support Product Marketing teams in preparing and launching new products on our websites, ensuring product information is up-to-date and presented in line with brand standards.
- CMS Content Management: Maintain and populate content in our new CMS, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all pages. Take ownership of content updates, product listings, promotional banners, and other web content, ensuring a flawless user experience. Incorporating AI to make updates and content management as efficient and as smooth as possible.
- Website Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and fix issues on the websites, including broken links, missing images, or inaccurate product information. React swiftly to any website issues flagged by the team, ensuring timely resolution and preventing negative impact on user experience.
- Ad-Hoc Website Initiatives: Support the delivery of ad-hoc initiatives such as price changes, the rollout of new pages and templates, and updates to the outlet sections. Work with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery.
- Automation: Be constantly looking at processes, systems and tools and automating them, ensuring that we are using AI to make our experiences better for both internal and external customers.

- Attention to Detail: You have a keen eye for detail and take pride in ensuring that all website content is accurate, up-to-date, and in line with brand guidelines.
- Problem Solver: You’re able to identify issues before they escalated and can think critically and quickly to resolve them, whether that’s fixing a broken link or updating product information in a timely manner.
- Collaborative & Cross-Functional: You work well across teams, particularly with Trading Squads, Product Marketing, and Operations, to ensure that initiatives are delivered seamlessly and align with business goals.
- Tech Savvy & AI Curious: You have experience with content management systems (CMS) and product information management (PIM) systems, and you’re always looking for ways to improve workflows and maximize efficiency within these platforms. And using AI to drive automation and efficiency in our ways of working, always looking at updates to AI to enable us to improve our processes and experiences.
- Proactive: You take the initiative to stay ahead of potential issues and contribute to continuous improvements in website operations. You anticipate needs, act quickly, and stay on top of changes to ensure the website is always in top shape.
- Business-Focused: You understand the impact of website operations on broader business goals and priorities, and are able to execute efficiently to support key business objectives.
