The role As the face of Huel in your territory, you’ll drive brand growth with independent retailers and grocery store managers, increasing visibility at key sites. You’ll secure new listings, hit monthly activation targets, and achieve weekly sales goals by identifying new stockists. Building strong relationships with store teams, you’ll expand our in-store presence through merchandising, sampling, and team training. The role is mainly field-based, with half a day per week working from home and one day per month in the office for training and team meetings. Researching and planning: locating the best stores for our products to be sold in. Lead generation: Generating leads, landing new listings & driving cash & carry sales. You will seek new sales opportunities under the guidance of your manager. Relationship building: Identify decision makers for new stores and build relationships with store managers and customers, as the key face of the Huel brand. Excellent Execution: Working on multiple leads and new listings to hit your monthly targets, requiring a high level of organisation. Pipeline and Sales Reporting: Weekly and monthly reporting on area and account performance vs targets, pipeline development, and ensuring objectives are met. What we\’re looking for in you This role is ideal for someone with 1–2 years of experience in a similar field-based sales role, or someone ready to step up and take on more ownership and a larger territory. Full clean UK driving license: You will be provided with a Huel Van. Engaging & persuasive communication skills, a natural relationship builder .
