Senior Influencer Marketing Manager Hey!

We’re Huel, and we’re pleased to meet you.

Our culture thrives on high performance, and we set the bar high for new Hueligans who join us.

We invite you to read the advert below for our new Senior Influencer Marketing Manager position to understand the role, and explore our 7 Huel values before applying to ensure we have the right working environment for you!

The Role As Senior Influencer Marketing Manager, you’ll own it entirely – strategy, budget, team, performance.

You’ll build the programmes, sign the right talent, and make sure this channel keeps growing as one of Huel’s biggest competitive advantages across the UK, US, and EU.

This channel is held to hard commercial targets and you’ll own the numbers.

This is a managerial role, reporting into Sofia, our Head of Growth, leading a team of 4 and acting as the final decision‑maker across all channel investments.

Define and own the global partnerships strategy across influencer, podcast, creator programme, Tik Tok Shop, and Awin, covering UK, US, and EU.

Set and hold budgets and targets across all markets, with full accountability for every financial decision.

Lead and develop a team of 4 – raise the bar, build their skills, back their careers.

Align the team’s work with Huel’s broader business objectives and make sure partnership is always pulling in the same direction as the rest of the business.

Shape the future of partnerships at Huel – with a clear eye on NC CPA, attributed revenue, and conversion at every stage.

Present performance and strategy to the Senior Leadership Team – you’ll know your numbers, build the investment case, and hold your own in the room.

Make sure the team has the right reporting infrastructure to track what matters and act on it quickly.

Drive automation and smarter ways of working so the team can focus on the things that create the most impact.

Build strong partnerships with Brand, Paid Media, CRM and Ops.

Lead new market launches, new channel tests, and new ideas that push the programme forward.

Be the go‑to expert on channel strategy, campaign approach and agency relationships across all markets.

What We’re Looking For in You Significant experience in influencer marketing, with a real track record of scaling programmes across multiple markets and channels.

Deep understanding of performance‑based models including commission, revenue share, and brand buys, and the commercial skills to get the best out of them.

Hands‑on experience with Tik Tok Shop, Awin, podcast partnerships, and creator programmes.

A sharp negotiator with strong industry contacts and a genuine feel for the UK and global talent landscape.

Highly analytical and numerate.

You know which metrics matter, you can build the case for investment, and you can hold your own at SLT level.

You understand influencer performance measurement beyond vanity metrics – attributed revenue, NC CPA, conversion rate – and you build programmes around what actually drives growth.

A leader who can inspire and execute.

This role is senior but you’re not above rolling up your sleeves.

An excellent communicator who can align senior stakeholders, manage cross‑functional relationships, and keep momentum going.

Comfortable working across markets.
