We're looking for a strategic Marketing Manager - Europe to own growth across our EU region. Huel is a digitally native brand and this role reflects that: you'll be running ads, scaling influencers and affiliates, owning the local website experience, and testing positioning to find what makes markets grow. Priority markets are Germany, Poland, and Sweden, with activity across FRITES. You'll manage a team of Marketing Executives and work closely with our central Growth, Creative, and Retail teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and oversee paid media across EU markets, working with the Growth team to brief, launch and optimise campaigns across paid social, search and display.
  • Monitor trading performance across markets, identifying opportunities and using insights to optimise campaign performance.
  • Own the EU marketing calendar, coordinating activity across Growth, CRM, Creative and Influencer teams.
  • Scale influencer and affiliate programmes across EU markets, managing creator and partner relationships to drive growth.
  • Brief and manage creator content, ensuring it feels locally native and on-brand.
  • Keep the EU huel.com experience sharp by managing localised content, promotional moments and working with the Web and Growth teams to optimise conversion.
  • Test and refine Huel’s positioning across EU markets, adapting global creative and messaging to feel genuinely local.
  • Monitor competitive activity and market performance, using insights to identify growth opportunities across the region.
  • Build local retail marketing plans, supporting retail launches with trade materials and in-store activations.
  • Manage and develop a team of Marketing Executives while representing the EU region in cross-functional planning.

What we're looking for in you:

  • Solid experience at marketing manager or senior exec level, ideally in a consumer brand, food, wellness, or DTC.
  • Native or near-native proficiency in German, Polish, or Swedish, essential.
  • A digital-first mindset with hands-on experience across paid media, influencer, and affiliate.
  • Experience testing and iterating on positioning and messaging, using data to improve.
  • Comfort with trading performance, able to read market results and act on them.
  • Experience managing websites or working closely with web teams.
  • Strong project management across multiple markets and workstreams.
  • A confident communicator who can influence senior stakeholders across cultures.
  • Commercially minded and curious about what makes markets grow.

We know that at times, our teams face demanding pressures, and exceptional effort deserves meaningful rewards. That's why we've created a world-class perks and benefits program designed to support our Hueligans in achieving their best, both professionally and personally, while celebrating the global impact they're making!

  • Hybrid working - We spend Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays in the office together. The remaining two days have the option to be worked from home.

  • Private Medical and Health insurance for you and your loved ones, including free life insurance covering up to 4x your salary
  • Electric Car Scheme with onsite charging when you visit HQ
  • Cycle to Work Scheme
  • Enhanced Family Leave
  • Workplace Nursery Scheme
  • Paid Employee Referral Scheme
