We're looking for a hands-on, digitally-savvy Europe Marketing Executive to own one or more EU markets. Huel is a digitally native brand and this role is built around that: you'll be running ads, working with influencers and affiliates, keeping the local site experience sharp, and helping test what makes your market grow. You'll work closely with the Europe Marketing Manager and our central Growth, Creative, and Retail teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the planning and execution of paid campaigns in your market, working with the Growth team to launch and optimise activity.
- Monitor trading performance, identifying opportunities and sharing insights with the Europe Marketing Manager.
- Manage the local marketing calendar, ensuring campaigns are coordinated and delivered on time.
- Find, brief and manage influencers, building authentic creator partnerships that resonate with your local market.
- Support the affiliate programme, working with partners to drive incremental reach and revenue.
- Ensure creator content is on-brand, locally relevant and reflects Huel’s voice.
- Keep the local huel.com experience up to date, managing localised content, product pages and promotional activity.
- Localise campaigns and messaging for your market, helping Huel feel genuinely native rather than translated.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends, sharing insights to help shape future marketing campaigns.
- Support local retail marketing plans, coordinating trade materials and in-store activity with retail partners and account managers.
What we're looking for in you:
- 1 to 3 years of marketing experience, ideally from a consumer brand, DTC, or agency.
- Native or near-native language proficiency in a key EU market (German, Polish, Swedish, French, or Italian), highly desirable.
- A digital-first marketing mindset with experience or strong interest in paid media, influencer, and affiliate.
- Comfort checking performance data and knowing what to do with it.
- Interest in brand positioning and localisation, going beyond translation to what actually resonates.
- Organised and proactive, you keep things moving without being chased.
- A strong communicator, comfortable with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Commercially curious and motivated to understand what makes a market grow.
We know that at times, our teams face demanding pressures, and exceptional effort deserves meaningful rewards. That's why we've created a world-class perks and benefits program designed to support our Hueligans in achieving their best, both professionally and personally, while celebrating the global impact they're making!
