At Huel, we’re building one of the world’s most exciting food brands – bold in our campaigns, loved for our products, and ambitious in our goals. As Campaign Marketing Manager, you’ll play a key role in delivering 360° campaigns that span digital and retail channels.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll learn fast and take real ownership – from planning and executing omnichannel campaigns to managing budgets and digging into performance data. It’s a unique chance to gain exposure across both online and offline channels, sharpen your analytical skills, and make a tangible impact on how Huel shows up in the UK market.

Responsibilities

  • Shape and deliver parts of our UK marketing calendar, supporting 360° launch plans for product drops, activations, and brand moments.
  • Manage and optimise budgets across paid media, retail activations, partnerships, and sampling.
  • Coordinate omnichannel activity across Meta, YouTube, influencers, out-of-home, PR, experiential, and in-store retail marketing.
  • Brief creative teams and external partners, ensuring assets are delivered on time, on brand, and support commercial goals.
  • Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance – connecting awareness-driving activity with retail outcomes, digital KPIs, and sales uplift.
  • Provide actionable insights to optimise media spend, improve channel performance, and inform future planning.
  • Work closely with the Media and Retail teams to connect online brand activity with in-store impact.

What we’re looking for

  • 1–3 years’ experience in marketing or media, either in-house or agency-side.
  • Exposure to omnichannel campaigns (retail + digital), with an understanding of how marketing drives commercial outcomes.
  • Strong analytical mindset – comfortable interpreting data, building reports, and translating performance into recommendations.
  • Familiarity with digital media planning, especially Meta and influencer-led campaigns.
  • Highly organised and proactive, able to juggle multiple projects and keep momentum.
  • Confident working with creatives and agencies, with the ability to brief and give clear, constructive feedback.
  • Experience with entrepreneurial projects, early-stage brands, or graduate schemes is a plus.

And as always, we’re on the lookout for new Hueligans who love a fast-paced environment and are always striving to be their best. We want people who aren’t afraid to think differently and push boundaries. If you’re all about setting big goals and believe that amazing things happen through creativity and teamwork, you’ll fit right in at Huel!
