Hey! We're Huel, and we're pleased to meet you. Our culture thrives on high performance, and we set the bar high for new Hueligans who join us. We invite you to read the advert below for our new Head of Influencer Marketing & Partnerships position to understand the role, and explore our 7 Huel values before applying to ensure we have the right working environment for you!
The role of Influencer and Partnerships is one of the most powerful channels we have. It's how we reach new audiences, build culture around the brand, and convert people who've never heard of Huel into customers who won't shut up about it. As Head of Influencer & Partnerships, you'll own it entirely: strategy, budget, team, performance. You'll build the programmes, sign the right talent, and make sure this channel keeps growing as one of Huel's biggest competitive advantages across the UK, US, and Japan.
- Define and own the global partnerships strategy across influencer, podcast, creator programme, TikTok Shop, and Awin, covering UK, US, and Japan.
- Set and hold budgets and targets across all markets, with full accountability for every financial decision.
- Align the team’s work with Huel’s broader business objectives and ensure partnerships are always pulling in the same direction as the rest of the business.
- Shape the future of partnerships at Huel and build it into a channel that keeps compounding.
- Lead, develop, and grow a team of five. Build their skills, push their ambition, and support their careers.
- Create a culture where ownership is clear, the bar is high, and people do their best work.
- Be the strategic sounding board and escalation point across every workstream.
- Present performance and strategy to the Senior Leadership Team across all channels and markets, ensuring the team has the right reporting infrastructure to track what matters and act on it quickly.
- Drive automation and smarter ways of working so the team can focus on the things that create the most impact.
- Build strong partnerships with Brand, Paid Media, CRM, Ops, and others, leading new market launches, new channel tests, and new ideas that push the programme forward.
What we're looking for in you:
- Significant experience in influencer and partnerships marketing, with a real track record of scaling programmes across multiple markets and channels.
- Deep understanding of performance‑based models including commission, revenue share, and brand buys, and the commercial skills to get the best out of them.
- Hands‑on experience with TikTok Shop, Awin, podcast partnerships, and creator programmes.
- A sharp negotiator with strong industry contacts and a genuine feel for the UK and global talent landscape.
- Highly analytical and numerate. You know which metrics matter, you can build the case for investment, and you can hold your own at SLT level.
- A leader who can inspire and execute. This role is senior but you're not above rolling up your sleeves.
- An excellent communicator who can align senior stakeholders, manage cross‑functional relationships, and keep momentum going.
- Comfortable working across markets. UK, US, and Japan experience is a genuine advantage.
What do we offer in return?
- Hybrid working: We spend Monday, Tuesday, Thursday in the office together; the remaining two days can be worked from home.
- 30 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
- Free Huel.
- 2 weeks a year remote work.
