Weâre on the hunt for an experienced Growth Influencer Marketing Manager to lead and grow our UK influencer programme on a 12âmonth fixed term contract. This is a highâimpact role where youâll own the strategy and execution, managing top and midâtier talent, building strong partnerships, and driving real results for Huel.
Youâll work closely with our wider marketing and product teams to fuel major launches, grow our brand, and scale customer acquisition efficiently, all while keeping an eye on longâterm profitability.

- Top/MidâTier Influencer Management: Book, brief, and manage top & midâtier influencer partnerships and gifting strategies.
- Campaign Execution: Support product launches and dayâtoâday campaigns, from negotiations and contracting to content delivery and reporting.
- Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with top & midâtier influencers, agents, and partners to reinforce brand love.
- Talent & Opportunity Spotting: React quickly to big influencer/celeb opportunities, identify risks/issues early, and resolve them fast.
- Performance Tracking: Report weekly and monthly on campaign results, using data to optimise campaigns and inform strategy.
- PostâCampaign Analysis: Deliver clear insights on performance (e.g., conversions, CAC, CTR, AOV) and share learnings to continuously improve channel effectiveness.
- Partnership Ads: Manage the partnership ads process alongside performance teams.
- Budgets & Compliance: Track spend, and work with Legal to ensure contracts, usage rights, and ASA compliance.
- CrossâFunctional Collaboration: Partner with PM, PR, and social teams to provide content for their channels and support broader campaigns.
What weâre looking for in you:
- Minimum of 4â5 + years of experience working in influencer marketing, podcasting, YouTube, or growth marketing, ideally in a brand or agency setting.
- A strong grasp of performance marketing metrics (CPM, CAC, CPA, CTR, AOV) and experience translating data into actionable insights.
- Handsâon experience managing influencer campaigns, ideally within an inâhouse team structure.
- Strategic and creative thinker with a growth mindset focused on ROI, scalability, and continuous improvement.
- Solid grasp of the creator economy, with awareness of trends, best practices and platform dynamics.
- Clear communicator with confidence in influencer negotiations. Experience in budget tracking and optimisation is essential.
- Collaborative team player who works well with crossâfunctional teams like performance marketing, PR, social and brand.
- Bonus if familiar with tools such as Podscribe, Upfluence, Creator Marketplace or similar platforms.
