The role

Over the past year, Huel’s retail journey has accelerated across the UK, US, and EU with further expansion and partnerships on the horizon. With our products now on shelves with major national retailers, this is your chance to join a fast-growing team at the forefront of supply chain and retail operations.

We’re looking for a Customer Supply Executive to help power this growth. In this role, you’ll be right at the heart of the action, owning processes, supporting retailers, and keeping operations running smoothly. It’s a fantastic entry point for anyone curious about how products move from warehouse to store shelves, with the opportunity to learn from every corner of the business while making an immediate impact.

Your day-to-day will include:

Own the end-to-end order-to-cash process, ensuring all customer orders are processed, fulfilled, and delivered on time and in full (OTIF).

Manage retail customer orders in line with forecasts and available inventory, proactively preventing stockouts or oversupply.

Monitor and maintain inventory levels to reflect current and anticipated demand.

Set up new customers, SKUs, pricing, and shipping details accurately within company systems.

Identify and flag potential risks early, collaborating with internal teams to implement timely solutions.

Act as the primary point of contact for retail customers, delivering excellent communication and service.

What we\’re looking for in you

We’re looking for someone who’s curious, proactive, and eager to kickstart a career in supply chain and retail operations. You don’t need prior experience, just a passion for learning, a customer-first mindset, and the drive to keep things running smoothly. With great attention to detail and a can-do attitude, you’ll feel comfortable managing multiple tasks at once while staying adaptable when things change. You’ll also be a clear and confident communicator, both written and spoken, with bonus points if you speak additional languages – especially German. Confidence using Excel is essential (we’ll teach you the rest), along with an eagerness to get to grips with systems like ERP, CRM, or EDI (experience with NetSuite is a plus, but not required!).

And as always, we’re on the lookout for new Hueligans who love a fast-paced environment and are always striving to be their best. We want people who aren’t afraid to think differently and push boundaries.
