The role
We’re growing our Brand & Product Marketing team, and we’re on the hunt for an Assistant Product Marketing Manager who lives and breathes product!

As our new Assistant Product Marketing Manager at Huel, you’ll take the reins on shaping, launching, and fine-tuning strategies for some of our hero product ranges – all with the goal of boosting Huel’s brand love and product obsession around the world.
This is a super collaborative role, where you’ll be working hand-in-hand with teams across the business to make sure everything we put out feels 100% Huel: smart, seamless, and customer-first. Your work will drive loyalty, grow our global reach, and help keep Huel at the top of its game.
Here’s what your day-to-day could look like…
- Product owner of selected categories within Huel’s product portfolio and support the Product Marketing Manager with additional core category management.
- Lead the go-to-market strategy for new product launches amongst the wider Marketing team – outline clear briefs and rationale for launches, determine product positioning, key messaging, and align multi-channel marketing approach.
- Close collaboration with the NPD and Project Management teams to define the product roadmap, ensuring it is aligned with customer demands and market opportunities.
- Regularly present NPD/EPD projects to the Senior Leadership Team
- Analyse product data to spot issues and opportunities to make improvements
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and market opportunities, feeding insights into the product development process.
- Consistent communication and collaboration with a wide range of teams. Including our NPD, Finance, and Technical teams.
What we\’re looking for in you
This role will best suit someone with around 2–3 years of experience in brand or product marketing, ideally in the nutrition, wellness, or FMCG world. You\’ll know what it takes to build and grow loved products.
- You’re obsessed with great products – from the first spark of an idea to perfecting the messaging, packaging, pricing, and positioning. You get a buzz from seeing it all come to life.
- A strong multitasker who thrives on juggling multiple projects and smashing deadlines in a fast-moving, ever-evolving environment.
- A natural communicator and collaborator – you build great relationships across the board, from teammates to top-level stakeholders.
- You’ve got a sharp analytical mind – you know how to sift through the data, spot what matters, and turn insights into smart decisions.
- Huel fan? Even better. Passion for our mission, products, and nutrition or sustainability in general is a huge plus.
