Support our Regulatory & Compliance and wider Technical team in a fast‑paced environment, ensuring testing, accreditation and technical processes run smoothly across our global supply chain.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate product and raw‑material testing schedules across co‑manufacturers and Huel sites, track sample submissions, results and timelines, and escalate flags to the relevant technical lead.
- Manage third‑party accreditation portfolio (KLBD Kosher, HFA Halal, Coeliac Society, Vegan Society, NSF, non‑GMO), track renewal dates, coordinate new product applications, audit scheduling and onboarding administration.
- Coordinate retailer onboarding, responding to technical queries to enable launches on retailer platforms.
- Triage and respond to customer queries on allergens, labelling and compliance, gathering relevant information from specifications or technical managers.
- Perform horizon scanning, reviewing daily and monthly trends.
- Verify supplier raw‑material certificates of analysis, release them on the internal WMS and flag any out‑of‑spec results.
- Raise non‑conformances for finished products, packaging and ingredients across the supply chain.
- Manage supplier, co‑manufacturer and internal queries through Slack and shared email inboxes to ensure documents and information are available when needed.
Qualifications
- Strong organisational and time‑management skills, able to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Experience in an administrative, coordination or operations support role; exposure to food, science or manufacturing environments is an advantage.
- Proficient with data‑tracking tools (Excel or Google Sheets) to maintain schedules, budgets and reporting.
- Clear, professional communicator who liaises with internal stakeholders, external labs, manufacturers and certification bodies.
- Methodical and detail‑oriented with a commitment to accurate record‑keeping and documentation.
- Proactive and self‑sufficient, comfortable taking ownership of workstreams and following up without prompting.
- Interested in using AI as an administrative tool; experience of using AI to increase efficiency is a bonus.
