The role involves forecasting customer demand across global retail partners. Responsibilities include:

  • Analysing sales data, seasonality, and promotional activity to build accurate demand plans.
  • Minimising out of stocks and overstocks.
  • Creating, maintaining, and improving system-driven statistical demand forecasts for key retail accounts.
  • Supporting and running a monthly consensus forecasting process with Retail, Finance, and Demand teams.
  • Collaborating with Retail Sales and Marketing to align demand plans with business objectives.
  • Preparing and presenting reports on demand changes, trends, and risks.
  • Reviewing and challenging retail sales forecasting assumptions using data.
  • Improving forecast accuracy through root cause analysis.
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance demand planning processes.
  • Representing the demand planning function in project meetings.

We are looking for someone ready to join us in May 2026, ideally with 1-2 years of experience in a supply chain role. Experience in retail demand planning is a bonus but not essential. A graduate with a strong desire to learn and curiosity for supply chain is also welcome.
