The role
At Huel, digital content plays a key role in how we grow - from paid and organic social to performance-led video that drives awareness, engagement and conversion. As we continue to scale globally, we’re focused on creating best-in‑class, social‑first video content that looks great, performs hard and connects with our global community of Hueligans. To help us do that, we’re looking for a Social Content Creator. Someone who is a hands‑on video creative with a strong understanding of social and performance platforms.
- Create high‑performing video content for Meta, TikTok, YouTube and performance channels.
- Capture and edit video content across multiple styles - from short‑form reactive to polished product storytelling.
- Apply our creative vision across all digital outputs, ensuring everything looks sharp and on‑brand.
- Use data and insights to refine content, test new formats and optimise for performance.
- Produce motion graphics, simple animations and cutdowns for multi‑platform use.
- Support content days and shoots, capturing footage for campaigns, launches and UGC‑style assets.
- Work collaboratively with Creative, Performance Marketing, Brand and E‑commerce teams.
What we’re looking for in you
- Strong skills in Premiere Pro and After Effects, with Photoshop & Figma knowledge a nice to have.
- A portfolio of social‑first video content, ideally including paid performance ads.
- Ability to shoot and edit content for multiple platforms and aspect ratios.
- Good understanding of what performs on Meta, TikTok, YouTube and organic socials.
- Creative thinker who’s proactive, trend‑aware and delivers at pace.
- Strong communication, organisation and ability to handle multiple projects.
- Nice to have: Basic 3D/motion tools, working with creators or UGC workflows.
