- Regulatory Monitoring: Monitor regulatory changes and horizon scan for emerging risks before they become problems.
- Labelling: Identify key initiatives that drive business improvement and support our international growth ambition.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a key cross-functional partner to Ops, NPD, Marketing, and Technical; build strong external relationships with trade associations and food authorities.
- People Leadership: Line manage a Labelling Technologist - supporting their development, managing workload prioritisation, and helping them do their best work.
What we’re looking for in you:
- 5+ years of experience working in a Regulatory and Compliance role within a food manufacturing or closely related business.
- Ideally with a relevant degree (could be in food, math or science) but this isn’t essential.
- Regulatory labelling knowledge is essential (UK it’s essential).
