The role:
Performance marketing plays a huge role in Huel’s growth. We’re looking for a Paid Social Manager to scale customer acquisition across Meta and TikTok in our largest markets, owning campaigns end-to-end and using data, testing and creative thinking to drive meaningful impact. This is a hands‑on specialist role, without line management responsibilities.
Here’s what you’ll be getting stuck into day to day:
- Campaign Management - day‑to‑day campaign planning, creation and execution across Meta, TikTok and more
- Optimisation - Look for continuous improvement opportunities in channels, campaigns and creative to achieve required new customer targets
- Stakeholder Management - Working closely with trading and brand marketing teams, ensuring all activity is commercially focused and in line with the business trading plan.
- Analytics - reporting and optimisation, including in‑depth analysis of CPA, CTR and LTV of all activity ensuring maximum efficiency.
- Commercial Awareness - presenting clear, data backed business cases for marketing investment to improve new customers and CPA.
- Branding - ensure unified messaging and consistent branding across all marketing and communications
- Agency Management - own day‑to‑day relationships with agencies and partners.
- Creative Analysis - provide in‑house creative team with analysis.
What we’re looking for in you:
- 3+ years of hands‑on experience managing paid media campaigns (Meta and TikTok) - ideally for a fast‑growing brand or agency.
- Passion for Huel’s mission and curiosity about how performance marketing drives brand growth.
- Test‑and‑learn approach: comfortable experimenting, interpreting data, and optimising budgets for results.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret performance data, identify insights, and turn them into clear optimisation actions.
- Hands‑on experience using AI and automation tools (e.g. workflow builders like n8n, AI‑powered analysis or reporting tools) to improve efficiency, insight generation, or campaign execution.
- Adaptability: thrives in a fast‑moving, changing environment.
- Ownership and precision: You’ll take responsibility for campaign execution and deliver work with flawless attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
