The role

A key driver of our growth has been reaching more customers online through paid search and paid social, and this continues to fuel our success. To support our ongoing growth, we’re looking for an ambitious Paid Search Executive to join the team.This role is ideal for an Account Executive/Paid Search Assistant with hands-on Google Ads experience, looking to expand their knowledge and grow their skills across all areas of performance marketing.

  • Campaign Management – day-to-day campaign planning, optimisation, creation and execution across multiple markets including the UK, US & Europe.
  • Analytics – reporting and optimisation, including in-depth analysis of CPA, ROAS and LTV of all activity ensuring maximum efficiency.
  • Commercial Awareness – presenting clear, data-backed business cases for marketing investment to improve revenue and ROI.
  • Branding – ensure unified messaging and consistent branding across all Google marketing and communications.
  • Stakeholder Management – Working closely with trading and brand marketing teams, ensuring all activity is commercially focused and in line with the business trading plan.
  • Agency Management – establish strong relationships with third-party agencies and partners.

What we\’re looking for in you

  • The ideal candidate will already have around 1-2 years of relevant hands-on experience managing multi-market Google Search and Google Shopping campaigns for an agency, ad-tech or high-growth business. Ideally a degree in a numerical subject, but not essential.
  • Strong analytical skills will be essential. I know we mentioned it already but we really are a data-driven business!
  • A growth mindset with a thirst to develop an understanding of key channels outside of Paid Search. YouTube & Demand Gen experiences would be a plus.
  • A passion for us and what you do. Paid search is critical to gaining new customers and growing our brand globally. You’ll need to think like a Hueligan and understand what we want to achieve.
  • A test-and-learn mindset with experience using data to optimise campaigns and manage budgets for large enterprise clients to achieve strong results
