We’re looking for a German‑speaking Retail Designer to shape and design how Huel shows up in‑store across the DACH region. This is a hands‑on role at the intersection of design and shopper marketing, where you will create and execute bold, retail‑ready assets that drive visibility, trial and conversion. Working closely with cross‑functional teams, you will bring campaigns to life in physical retail environments and play a key role in ensuring our brand stands out at the point of purchase.
Responsibilities include:
- Design and execute all point‑of‑sale (POS) materials across the DACH region, ensuring Huel stands out in‑store and is represented to the highest standard.
- Translate brand campaigns, product launches and marketing initiatives into compelling, retail‑ready executions that drive visibility, trial and conversion.
- Create high‑impact trade marketing and retail assets (e.g. displays, signage, POS units) to support distribution, sell‑in and in‑store performance.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing and Operations to align on retail priorities and deliver best‑in‑class in‑store activations.
- Manage external printers and production partners, ensuring high‑quality output while optimising for cost and efficiency.
What we’re looking for in you:
- 2+ years’ experience in a design role within retail, shopper marketing or a similar environment.
- Fluent German (written and spoken), with the ability to work across DACH markets.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating in‑store / POS design work and retail‑ready executions.
- Proven ability to translate brand or campaign ideas into effective retail design that drives visibility and conversion.
- Experience working cross‑functionally and managing projects from concept through to production, including external suppliers.
What do we offer in return?
- Hybrid working: Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays in the office together; the remaining two days have the option to work from home.
- 30 days annual leave plus.
