- Paid Social is our number one acquisition channel, and the UK is one of our biggest and most exciting markets. To keep driving worldâclass creative that converts, weâre now looking for a Creative Strategist to own it.
- This isnât a role for someone who waits to be told what to do; we want a selfâstarter who lives and breathes social media creative, obsesses over what makes people stop scrolling, and has the strategic brain to back it up with data.

Be the driving force behind UK creative â the goâto for creative strategy across our full product range, building scalable concepts that drive new customer acquisition on our biggest performance channels.
- DeepâDive into UK customer behaviour â mapping pain points, motivations and purchase barriers to build insightâled strategy rooted in real customer truth.
- Build and manage a structured creative testing roadmap â forming clear hypotheses, prioritising what to test, and keeping a consistent pipeline of experiments moving.
- Ideate constantly â staying ahead of trends across Meta, TikTok and YouTube, identifying killer hooks, and generating fresh, testable concepts that go beyond surfaceâlevel trendâchasing.
- Write scripts and briefs that convert â from hook to CTA, translating insights into clear, inspiring direction the creative team can run with.
- Collaborate closely with our creative production team, providing clear direction and constructive feedback to ensure every asset is executed to a high standard and built for performance.
- Partner with our performance team to launch, analyse and iterate â using CTR, hook rate, thumbâstop rate, CPA and conversion rate to decide what to scale, what to test further, and what to cut.
What weâre looking for in you:
- 2â3 years in paid social creative strategyâ Meta, TikTok and YouTube specifically. Youâve built, tested and iterated creative at scale and understand what makes each platform tick.
- DTC experience preferred.
- Health and wellness isnât a must, but marketing real products to real people is.
- A track record of dataâdriven creative that delivered measurable results.
- Fluent in creative performance metricsâ e.g. CPA / CPM / CTR / CVR / hold and thumbâstop rates, etc.
- Exceptional copywriting skills. Scrollâstopping hooks, persuasive product narratives and clear briefs.
- Fast, autonomous and organised. You thrive in ambiguity, create structure where there isnât any, and keep multiple projects moving at pace without handâholding.
- A genuine goâgetter â you live and breathe social, own your results, hold yourself to a high standard and arenât waiting for someone to hand you a playbook.
