The role:
- As the face of Huel in your territory, you’ll drive brand growth and increase visibility with independent retailers, such as coffee shops, convenience stores, offices and gyms at key sites across London.
- You’ll secure new listings, hit monthly activation targets, and achieve weekly sales goals by identifying new stockists.
- Building strong relationships with store teams, you’ll expand our in-store presence through merchandising, sampling, and team training.
- The role is mainly field-based, with half a day per week working from home and one day per month in our Tring, Hertfordshire office for training and team meetings.
Researching and planning:
- Locating the best stores for our products to be sold in.
Lead generation:
- Generating leads, landing new listings & driving existing customers. You will seek new sales opportunities under the guidance of your manager.
Relationship building:
- Identify decision makers for listings and build brilliant relationships with every manager and customer, as the key face of the Huel brand.
Excellent Execution:
- You will be working on multiple leads and new listings to hit your monthly targets; a high level of organisation is required.
Pipeline and Sales Reporting:
- Weekly and monthly reporting on channel & account performance vs targets, pipeline development, and reference back to objectives to ensure we are on-track to hit our goals.
- Spotting underperformance and putting plans in place to rectify is equally important.
What we’re looking for in you:
- This role is ideal for someone with 1–2 years of experience in a similar field-based sales or merchandising role, or someone ready to step up and take on more ownership.
- Hustle hard and work fast: Energy and enthusiasm to roll up your sleeves and get involved from day one.
- Take ownership: Organised self-starter, you will be given support & the tools, but the onus is on you to plan your own diary and manage your own workload. Must be comfortable working alone.
- Engaging & persuasive communication skills, a natural relationship builder.
- Results driven & tenacious: a strong desire to hunt down the best retail accounts and land and drive listings.
