- Paid Social is our number one acquisition channel, and the UK is one of our biggest and most exciting markets.
- We’re now looking for a Creative Strategist to own it.
- This isn’t a role for someone who waits to be told what to do; we want a self-starter who lives and breathes social media creative, obsesses over what makes people stop scrolling, and has the strategic brain to back it up with data.

Be the driving force behind UK creative – the go-to for creative strategy across our full product range, building scalable concepts that drive new customer acquisition on our biggest performance channels.
- Deep-Dive into UK customer behaviour – mapping pain points, motivations and purchase barriers to build insight-led strategy rooted in real customer truth.
- Build and manage a structured creative testing roadmap – forming clear hypotheses, prioritising what to test, and keeping a consistent pipeline of experiments moving.
- Ideate constantly – staying ahead of trends across Meta, TikTok and YouTube, identifying killer hooks, and generating fresh, testable concepts that go beyond surface-level trend-chasing.
- Write scripts and briefs that convert – from hook to CTA, translating insights into clear, inspiring direction the creative team can run with.
- Collaborate closely with our creative production team, providing clear direction and constructive feedback to ensure every asset is executed to a high standard and built for performance.
- Partner with our performance team to launch, analyse and iterate – using CTR, hook rate, thumb-stop rate, CPA and conversion rate to decide what to scale, what to test further, and what to cut.
What we’re looking for in you:
- 2-3 years in paid social creative strategy – Meta, TikTok and YouTube specifically.
- You’ve built, tested and iterated creative at scale and understand what makes each platform tick.
- DTC experience preferred.
- A track record of data-driven creative that delivered measurable results.
- Fluent in creative performance metrics – e.g. CPA / CPM / CTR / CVR / hold and thumb-stop rates, etc.
- Exceptional copywriting skills – scroll-stopping hooks, persuasive product narratives and clear briefs.
- Fast, autonomous and organised – you thrive in ambiguity, create structure where there isn’t any, and keep multiple projects moving at pace without hand-holding.
- A genuine go-getter – you live and breathe social, own your results, hold yourself to a high standard and aren’t waiting for someone to hand you a playbook.
