Hey! We're Huel, and we're pleased to meet you. Our culture thrives on high performance, and we set the bar high for new Hueligans who join us. We invite you to read the advert below for our new Amazon Ads Lead position to understand the role, and explore our 7 Huel values before applying to ensure we have the right working environment for you!
The role
Huel is building a world-class internal Amazon capability, and this role sits at the engine of it. As Amazon Advertising Lead, you'll own the day-to-day execution and strategic development of paid media across Amazon UK and US, working alongside our Head of Marketplace and growth teams.
- Own the execution and optimisation of Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands (including Video) and Sponsored Display campaigns across Huel’s global Amazon channels.
- Manage the full keyword lifecycle, from harvest to isolation, using a systematic and data-driven approach.
- Apply best-practice targeting strategies, knowing when to negative, isolate or cluster keywords to maximise performance.
- Deploy Sponsored Brand campaigns alongside Sponsored Products, understanding when they drive incremental value.
- Support the delivery of full-funnel Amazon advertising strategies, including DSP and Sponsored TV (STV).
- Utilise AMC audiences, placement modifiers and reporting tools to maximise visibility, conversion and campaign efficiency.
- Build and optimise campaign structures, including single-keyword campaigns for priority terms and scalable long-tail coverage.
- Manage campaigns within agreed ROAS guardrails, continuously optimising performance across branded, competitor and category activity.
- Contribute to seasonal campaigns and promotional planning, including Prime Day, Spring Sale and BFCM, supporting budget allocation and wider business objectives.
- Optimise advertising performance through third-party management platforms such as Pacvue or Perpetua.
What we're looking for in you
- 3+ years of hands-on Amazon Sponsored Ads experience at meaningful scale (£5m+)
- A systematic approach to keyword management: you can describe a harvest-to-isolation workflow and explain your decision-making at every step
- Strong grasp of target segregation - negative targeting, keyword isolation, campaign clustering - and a clear point of view on when each approach applies
- Demonstrable experience with DSP and STV, with a view on where they add value in the funnel and where they don't
- Experience utilizing ad management platforms such as Pacvue or Perpetua
- Familiarity with AMC reporting and tools like Intentwise. Knowledge of SQL is a plus.
- Wider paid media experience: Google Ads, Meta or retail media - particularly if you understand cross-channel halo impact, and how Amazon advertising interacts with other channels
And as always, we’re on the lookout for new Hueligans who love a fast-paced environment and are always striving to be their best. We want people who aren’t afraid to think differently and push boundaries. If you’re all about setting big goals and believe that amazing things happen through creativity and teamwork, you’ll fit right in at Huel!
