Key Responsibilities
- Measuring and labelling specialist tooling.
- Servicing and preparing tooling for production.
- Carrying out quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards.
- Following production procedures and work instructions accurately.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
- Working collaboratively as part of a small production team to achieve daily production targets.
Skills & Experience
We're looking for someone who is
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Positive, reliable, and eager to learn.
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A strong communicator with a good work ethic.
- Experienced within a manufacturing or production environment (desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided).
- Salary & Benefits
- Permanent, full-time position.
- Monday to Friday, 6:00am – 3:00pm (37.5 hours per week).
- Six-month probationary period.
- Full training provided.
- 25 days' annual leave plus bank holidays.
