Our client, a well-established organisation, is looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Operations Administrator to join their team in Hertford. This role supports various departments to ensure smooth operations, supporting various departments and handling financial transactions, including purchases, expenses, invoices, and payments, while maintaining general admin. Responsibilities: Research and evaluate vendors, negotiate contracts, track orders for quality, and provide sales support for tenders while entering details into databases. Prepare accurate correspondence, reports, and presentations, providing administrative support to clients. Establish project governance and processes, engaging with teams for effective planning. Monitor project progress to ensure timely completion and manage finances. Facilitate project information flow through regular meetings and centralise key learnings for the team.
