An exciting opportunity has arisen for a degree-qualified Materials Engineer / Metallurgist to join a specialist technical team supporting customers across aerospace, motorsport, defence, medical, energy, nuclear, and advanced engineering sectors.

The Role Provide metallurgical and technical support to customers and internal teams.

Prepare, etch, and assess microstructures.

Support mechanical, physical, and chemical testing activities.

Handle chemicals safely in accordance with COSHH regulations.

Assist with laboratory activities and customer training sessions.

Requirements BEng/BSc in Metallurgy, Materials Science, or a related discipline.

Knowledge of ferrous and non-ferrous metallurgy.

Experience with metallography, microstructure analysis, and laboratory testing.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
