Hue Recruitment is seeking multiple experienced and professional 7.5 Tonne Drivers to join our client’s busy and growing food distribution operation. This is a long-term, temp-to-perm opportunity ideal for drivers who are reliable, flexible, and ready to build a stable future within a well-established business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct 14-15 multi-drop deliveries per day to restaurants and takeaways
- Off-loading goods, signing invoices, and collecting cash/card payments and returns
- Maintain communication and report to the Transport Manager
- Provide excellent customer service at each delivery point
- Maintain delivery logs and ensure timely completion of daily routes
Requirements:
- Full UK Driving Licence with 7.5 Tonne entitlement
- Driver CPC (required)
- Experience driving goods vehicles - 1 year preferred
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexibility to work varying hours when needed
