About the Role
Hue Recruitment is working with a leading client in St Albans to recruit a Production Operator on a full-time temporary basis. The initial contract will be for one month, with the potential to extend for longer depending on workload and business requirements.

You’ll be part of a dynamic production team, assembling, testing and maintaining electronic and monitoring equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Build cable assemblies, electronic sub-assemblies and equipment cases
- Solder cable assemblies, connectors and PCBs
- Mechanically assemble monitoring equipment and systems
- Test, configure and repair electrical/electronic monitoring equipment
- Monitor stock levels for critical components
- Assist the production team with BOMs and assembly instructions
- Maintain a tidy, organised and safe workshop environment
Skills & Requirements

- Organised and able to manage workload effectively
- Proactive team player who supports colleagues when needed
- Reliable, punctual and dependable
Desirable
- Previous experience in electronics assembly, soldering or similar technical roles
- Basic understanding of electronic components and equipment
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 07:00 – 15:00
- 1-hour break
- Own transport is essential due to the location
