Job Title: Flooring Fitter Duties: * Removing old carpeting and flooring.
* Rolling out, measuring, and cutting carpets/vinyl flooring to size.
* Gluing or stapling carpets/underlay.
* Finishing edges with wall trimmers when required
* Correcting imperfections.
* Loading/unloading vehicles
* Liaising with customers Job Requirements: * Previous work experience as a carpet/floor installer one year required
* Good analytical and mathematical skills.
* Ability to read and interpret drawings.
* Basic computer skills.
* Flexible approach and willingness to work as a team player
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work with hand and power tools.
* Ability to work standing, kneeling, and crouching for extended periods.
* Detail-oriented.
* Ability to work on your own and use own initiative
* Full UK driving license an advantage
