A large prestigious global law firm is looking to grow their in-house creative team and hire a Junior Graphic Designer/Coordinator to join their impressive in-house design team. The firm seeks a creative, dynamic designer with a minimum of 3 years' experience working within professional services, ideally in-house with either a law firm or within the financial services sector.

The firm is looking for a talented and highly motivated Junior Designer to join their award-winning Brand & Strategy team in the Marketing and Communications department. Within this role, you will be responsible for creating on-brand marketing materials encompassing a variety of media types across a wide range of touchpoints.
The ideal candidate will have original creative ideas, a keen eye for detail, and be eager to develop their existing skillset while working alongside other members of the global Brand & Strategy team to champion the firm's brand across all external and internal communication channels.
- Design compelling and effective marketing materials across a variety of media types (e.g., web, print, email, social, video, etc.); implement the brand's visual identity consistently across all materials.
- Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to generate ideas for new campaigns and initiatives.
- Support the team in the execution of priority cross-functional campaigns and initiatives.
- Efficiently work through multiple design iterations based on internal and stakeholder feedback; leverage feedback from team members to hone skills and improve designs.
- Proactively suggest alternate design solutions to stakeholders to best address their needs.
Requirements:
- 4 plus years of professional experience in graphic/communication design.
- In-house/brand-side experience within professional services.
- Experience using Figma.
- Portfolio will be requested and is required as part of the application process.
- Strong brand and communication design skills.
- Solid foundation in core design principles (e.g., typography, colour, layout, hierarchy); knowledge of print production and digital design best practices.
- Proficiency in industry standard software: Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), Microsoft 365; Canva, Ceros, Figma, After Effects knowledge a plus.
- Comfortable working in a PC environment.
