A thriving London investment bank is looking for a skilled and experienced Presentations Designer to join their busy in-house Desktop Publishing and Design team. This permanent role will be working the evening shift hours of 4pm – 12am on a full-time basis. The position will be working from home for the rest of the year, with occasional evenings required to work from the office after autumn 2021.

This role involves working within a small team providing full Presentation and Graphics support for the bank's overseas offices, including creating, amending, and formatting PowerPoint presentations, as well as other graphics work using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, along with some InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

Core responsibilities will include:

  • Creating and producing eye-catching presentations in accordance with the templates and corporate guidelines outlined by the firm.
  • Producing graphics and presentations to the highest standards as requested by clients.
  • Producing accurate and quality work at all times while working to tight deadlines under pressure.
  • Liaising with the team overseas to ensure projects are updated and completed, providing a smooth handover to other Desktop Publishers and Designers between shifts.

Person Specification:

  • An active team player who is flexible in their approach to an ever-changing workload.
  • Industry knowledge of Microsoft Office 2010 - advanced PowerPoint skills are essential.
  • Intermediate knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A highly confidential approach to all information and documents.
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
  • Approximately 5 years’ experience in a professional background.
