The Opportunity
As a Senior Recruiter, you will own the full recruitment lifecycle across a diverse range of professional, specialist, and operational roles.

About You
Essential Experience & Skills
- Proven experience in agency, RPO, or in-house recruitment, ideally operating at Senior Recruiter level.
- Demonstrated success managing multiple recruitment campaigns across a variety of business functions.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels.
- Experience sourcing passive candidates through Linked In Recruiter and other direct sourcing channels.
- Excellent interviewing, assessment, and candidate evaluation capabilities.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the confidence to engage and influence stakeholders and candidates alike.
Desirable
- Experience recruiting within consumer health, FMCG, healthcare, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or other regulated environments.
- Knowledge of current talent market trends and sourcing strategies.
- Experience working within a global or matrix organisation.
