This Leadership role sits at the heart of a high performing RPO team embedded within a global investment bank. You'll own the front office recruiting remit across capital markets and asset management while leading and developing a small team of specialist recruiters. Role Purpose: Reporting into the RPO Resourcing Director you will carry dual accountability, driving delivery of senior and critical hires across the front office business lines and providing day to day leadership and coaching to your team. This is not a hands off management role, you will be working an active desk alongside your recruiters, holding key stakeholders relationships and owning the more complex searches.
As a Recruitment Lead you will have responsibility for:
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for experienced hire recruitment across capital markets and asset management
- Lead, coach and develop a team of embedded recruiters across the front office portfolio
- Set the standard for quality, speed and stakeholder engagement across the team
- Establishing and nurturing relationships with key client stakeholders to build credibility and delivery capabilities
- Acting as a trusted Advisor to the business/client to negotiate
