Recruiter Hudson Talent Solutions Location: UK or Poland (Remote) Start Date: Immediate / ASAP Hudson Talent Solutions is looking for Recruitment Consultants to join our team on a remote basis from the UK or Poland. This is a full desk recruiting role supporting our embedded RPO accounts, and we're hiring 2 to 3 people for immediate start given the pace of our current client demand. Manage full cycle recruiting for assigned client accounts, from intake through offer Build and manage strong candidate pipelines, keeping trackers and the ATS current in real time Juggle several simultaneous searches at once, adjusting priorities as client urgency shifts Someone who can ramp up quickly and manage ambiguity, given the immediate start timeline A recruiter who enjoys variety and can adapt across different client accounts and industries Fluent written and spoken English Comfortable managing a high volume req load across multiple accounts at once Hands on experience with an ATS and building your own tracking systems Availability to start immediately or on short notice Hudson Talent Solutions is a global RPO (recruitment process outsourcing) firm, partnering with leading brands around the world to build out their embedded talent acquisition teams.
