Deine Aufgaben

  • End-to-End Recruiting: Du verantwortest den gesamten Recruiting-Prozess – vom Sourcing bis zum Vertragsangebot für ein renomiertes Pharmaunternehmen – in Deutschland und Österreich. Du führst Screenings, bewertest Kandidat:innen und triffst eine Vorauswahl.
  • Stakeholder- & Kandidatenmanagement: Du arbeitest eng mit HR Business Partnern, Hiring Managern sowie Azubi-, Trainee- und Praktikantenprogrammen zusammen. Du sorgst durchgängig für eine positive Candidate Experience und baust belastbare Beziehungen zu allen Beteiligten auf.
  • Contingent Workforce & Agentursteuerung: Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für Contingent-Hiring-Prozesse und steuerst externe Agenturen. Du bist zentrale Ansprechperson für die Contingent Workforce Solution im Germany Hub.
  • Prozessoptimierung & Projekte: Du bringst dich in Verbesserungsinitiativen (z. B. Sales Pipelining) ein und erkennst Optimierungspotenziale in Recruiting-Prozessen. Du unterstützt strategische Talent-Initiativen im Einklang mit dem Unternehmenswachstum.

Dein Profil

  • Erste Erfahrung im End-to-End Recruiting – ob Inhouse, Agentur oder RPO.
  • Sicher im Umgang mit mehreren offenen Stellen und verschiedenen Stakeholdern gleichzeitig.
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich Contingent Workforce und Agenturmanagement von Vorteil.
  • Fähigkeit, sowohl volumengetriebene als auch spezialisierte Positionen zu besetzen.
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations-, Organisations- und Stakeholder-Management-Skills.
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse – zwingend erforderlich.
  • Proaktive, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit Freude an kontinuierlicher Verbesserung.
