MSP Lead

What you’ll do :

• Oversee and manage the MSP program across the EMEA region, ensuring operational excellence and client satisfaction.
• Act as the primary liaison between clients, vendors, and internal delivery teams, fostering strong relationships and effective communication.
• Own P&L responsibilities, ensuring the financial health and growth of the program.
• Support business development initiatives, including participating in RFPs and crafting tailored workforce solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency through process optimization and strategic initiatives.
• Expand MSP offerings to new clients and markets, identifying opportunities for growth.
• Manage vendor relationships, SLAs, compliance, and utilize VMS platforms to optimize service delivery.
• Monitor program metrics, generate reports, and provide data-driven insights to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with regional employment laws and client policies while maintaining high service standards.

You’ll bring :

• Fluent English (mandatory); additional languages like French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, or Arabic are highly desirable.
