With continued investment in growth and innovation, they are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to join their talent acquisition team and help attract exceptional talent across key business functions.

As a Senior Recruiter, you will own the full recruitment lifecycle across a diverse range of professional, specialist, and operational roles. Working closely with hiring managers and business leaders, you will provide expert recruitment guidance, build strong talent pipelines, and develop sourcing strategies that support the organisation's growth ambitions.

This role offers a blend of strategic talent acquisition and hands-on recruitment delivery, providing significant stakeholder exposure and the opportunity to make a real impact on business performance.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across a variety of functions and seniority levels.
• Develop and execute direct sourcing initiatives to attract high-quality talent.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.
• Utilise market insights and recruitment data to support hiring decisions and improve recruitment effectiveness.
• Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
• Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
• Ensure recruitment activities are compliant with relevant employment legislation and company policies.
• Collaborate with HR and business leaders to drive continuous improvement across recruitment processes.

Proven experience in agency, RPO, or in-house recruitment, ideally operating at Senior Recruiter level. Demonstrated success managing multiple recruitment campaigns across a variety of business functions. Experience sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other direct sourcing channels. Experience recruiting within consumer health, FMCG, healthcare, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or other regulated environments. Knowledge of current talent market trends and sourcing strategies. Exposure to employer branding, talent mapping, and workforce planning initiatives.
