What you’ll do:

  • Serve as an operational liaison between suppliers, hiring managers, and internal teams.
  • Manage contractor requests, advertise roles, screen candidates, and support shortlisting processes.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally via email, with occasional direct conversations with clients or suppliers.
  • Handle requests, coordinate interviews, support billing, and onboarding workflows efficiently.
  • Assist in managing day-to-day contractor requests and workflows for the MSP program.
  • Ensure quick response times, support multiple regions, and adapt to changing demands.

You’ll bring:

  • Fluency in English is essential; regional language skills (Spanish, Turkish, Italian) are highly preferred.
  • Entry to mid-level experience supporting MSP or contingent workforce operations.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of managing transactional workflows and client interactions.
