The role
We are looking for a commercially sharp, strategically minded Global Bid Lead to join our RPO and Total Talent business at an exciting point of transformation. With a strong digital first agenda and an expanding global client portfolio, this is a high visibility role at the heart of our growth engine - shaping how we win and setting the standard for how we present, ensuring we lead with a point of view and not a pitch deck.
What you will actually do
- Own the end to end bid process for global RPO, MSP and Total Talent Solutions, from RFI to final presentation and contract award.
- Lead the development of compelling, commercially sound proposals that differentiate our digital enabled solution suite.
- Partner with Sales, Solution Design, Operations and Tech teams to craft tailored responses that speak directly to client pain points.
- Drive bid strategy, win themes and value proposition development across complex multi region pursuits.
- Act as the central coordinator across internal stakeholders, keeping bids on time, on message and on brand.
- Maintain and continuously improve bid content libraries, case studies and reusable collateral.
- Contribute to win/lose analysis and feed insights back into proposal quality and go to market strategy.
- Support pricing strategy development in collaboration with Finance and Commercial leads.
Who we want
You have proven experience in a bid, pursuit or proposal leadership role within an RPO, MSP, Total Talent or broader HR/Workforce solutions/advisory business and come with a strong understanding of the TA and Contingent workforce landscape. You have the ability to translate multifaceted and nuanced solutions into clear client-centric narratives and making complex things simple and compelling is your thing. You have a proven confidence working across digital and technology enabled workforce solutions (AI/VMS Platforms/Talent analytics) and you are well known for running multiple concurrent bids without dropping the ball.
