What you'll do:

  • Drive talent intelligence, go beyond traditional sourcing by exploring market mapping, competitor analysis, and talent intelligence. Your research will uncover hidden talent pools and passive candidates, helping build robust pipelines and influencing smarter hiring strategies.
  • Shape outcomes with AI & Data, you will be empowered to experiment with AI and data analytics, to target high-potential candidates, uncover talent trends, and streamline recruitment workflows - ensuring every decision is informed and impactful.
  • Influence & advise, as you grow, you’ll learn to translate your market insights and research into actionable recommendations for business leaders and hiring managers. Supported by experienced colleagues, you’ll become a trusted advisor, helping shape strategic talent decisions.
  • Innovate sourcing strategies, bring a curiosity-driven approach to every search. Experiment with search techniques, social platforms, and creative outreach campaigns to connect with hard-to-find talent and help elevate Hudson's employer brand in the market.
