Recruiter (German & English) – Edinburgh Edinburgh (Hybrid)Coverage: Germany & Austria Languages : Fluent German & English required We are looking for a Recruiter (with German & English) to join our growing EMEA talent team based in Edinburgh for a pharmaceutical client. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, stakeholder-driven environment, enjoys operating across both permanent and contingent hiring, and is passionate about delivering a best-in-class candidate experience. You will play a key role in supporting hiring across the Germany Hub, partnering closely with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and external agencies to deliver high-quality outcomes across a variety of roles. As a Recruiter, you will take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders: End-to-End Recruitment Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for entry- to mid-level roles, from sourcing to offer Partner with HR Business Partners, hiring managers, apprentices, trainees, and interns to understand hiring needs Deliver a high-quality, engaging candidate experience across all stages Build strong relationships with stakeholders to align recruitment strategies Manage external agencies and act as the primary point of contact for the Germany Hub contingent workforce solution Continuous Improvement & Projects Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including projects such as Sales Pipelining Identify opportunities to enhance recruitment processes, delivery, and candidate experience Support broader talent initiatives aligned to business growth Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment (in-house, agency, or RPO) Fluent German and English (essential) At Hudson Talent Solutions, we’re shaping the future of talent.
