The Role
Hudson Talent Solutions is looking for Recruitment Consultants to join our team on a remote basis from the UK or Poland. This is a full desk recruiting role supporting our embedded RPO accounts, and we're hiring 2 to 3 people for immediate start given the pace of our current client demand.
What You Will Actually Do
- Manage full cycle recruiting for assigned client accounts, from intake through offer
- Source, screen, and present qualified candidates across a range of roles and seniority levels
- Build and manage strong candidate pipelines, keeping trackers and the ATS current in real time
- Partner directly with hiring managers and client stakeholders on role scoping, feedback, and process updates
- Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones and calendars
- Juggle several simultaneous searches at once, adjusting priorities as client urgency shifts
- Communicate proactively with candidates and clients to keep every search moving

What You Bring
- Prior recruiting experience, agency, RPO, or in house, ideally full desk
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Based in, or able to work core hours aligned with, the UK or Poland
- Comfortable managing a high volume req load across multiple accounts at once
- Hands on experience with an ATS and building your own tracking systems
- Availability to start immediately or on short notice
